NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING |
A Special General Meeting of members of the Qantas Aircrew Club
Incorporated has been called to vote on a change to the club’s
constitution
Current section of the constitution;
(2) OBJECTS
The objects of the Association shall be to provide recreational and
sporting equipment and facilities together with other equipment and
facilities deemed suitable by the committee as well as to promote and
organise social activities amongst the flight staff employees of Qantas
Airways Limited and its subsidiaries as well as contracted flight staff
employees whilst on company service
Proposed change
(2) OBJECTS
The objects of the Association shall be to provide recreational and
sporting equipment and facilities as well as to promote and organise
social activities amongst the Flight Staff employees of Qantas Airways
Limited and its subsidiaries as well as contracted Flight Staff
employees whilst on company service and take any steps considered
necessary in furtherance of these objects including the provision of
insurances for members
Only those financial members in attendance at this meeting are able to
vote on this matter
