Notice of QAC Annual General Meeting 2008

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE QANTAS AIRCREW CLUB INCORPORATED WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 2ND OCTOBER 2008

AT THE ST GEORGE ROWING CLUB, 1 LEVEY STREET, WOLLI CREEK.

TEA, COFFEE AND WATER WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE MEETING

1. Opening of the meeting

 

2. Apologies

 

3. Confirmation of Minutes of the 2007 Annual General Meeting

 

4. Business arising from those minutes

 

5. Financial Statement

 

6. Auditors Report

 

7. Election of Office Bearers, Public Officer and other members of the committee

 

8. Appointment of the Club’s banker, accountant,  auditor and operations manager

 

9. Close of the meeting

 

A committee meeting will be held immediately after the closure of the AGM

The St George Rowing Club which is located at 1 Levey Street, Wolli Creek, Sydney (opposite the Sydney International Terminal). The meeting will commence at 11am.

At that meeting all committee positions will be declared vacant and elections held for the 2007-2008 period.  Nominations from any financial member for a vacant position on the committee must be received before the start of the meeting and include full name, address and membership number.  All nominations must be received 7 days prior to the meeting. Only those financial members present at the AGM can vote at this election. Nomination form HERE
